Trinity Goldmark Towers
This site of 3.5 acres on the side of the State freeway 75 is 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. Across the freeway is the headquarters of Texas Instruments where thousands of employees work each day. This site is in a rapidly developing residential neighborhood. This designs features a concept for a commercial hub in the podium, with three gleaming residential towers for the middle income family. The towers stand on the garden amenity with pool and playground, and will hold 565 bright modern units of various sizes, each one with a balcony.
These three modern towers have 568 rental units on a single parking podium with landscaped gardens, amenities and retail outlets along the street. The towers face the Texas instruments campus near Richardson and have a commanding view of the Dallas downtown.
Petra Tower
This site is right off the Stemmons freeway across the street from the Anatole Hilton at the entrance to the Design District. The district is full of showrooms and galleries and is now developing as a residential neighborhood with pedestrian zones targeted for areas close to the Trinity river. Several other hotels are in the vicinity, but more importantly the Parkland Hospital and medical epicenter of Dallas is adjacent, with a target audience of doctors and nurses to live in the tower. The property is subject to a zoning change to MU3 allowing for a 270’ high residential tower standing on a commercial podium, with underground and above ground parking. The visibility from the freeway inspired a slight twist in the elegant tower, as it stands like a rock proudly looking at the Dallas skyline.
This graceful tower of 256 apartments stands in a community garden podium overlooking the water park of the Anatole Hilton Hotel. The podium wraps around a central plaza, buzzing with life, with grocery store, restaurants and shops.
