Turtle Creek 5-Star Hotel with Luxury Condominiums
On this site lies a perfectly placed stone-clad building by the late Architect Cole Smith, famous for his own form of Radical Classicism. The site faces Turtle Creek Boulevard and the campus of Ross Perot Industries. The site is T-shaped and reaches down toward the Rosewood Mansion. This neighborhood is renowned for its oak forest along Turtle Creek with wide lawns and parks either side of the boulevard. From the site, gorgeous views of the city of Dallas, Turtle Creek, and the plains of Texas that stretch out in all directions. This design features a modern tower over a five star hotel, with an extensive spa, prized restaurants, and a conference center with a grand ballroom located in the classic building. The existing building becomes the amenity, paying homage to the original architects, while preserving a beloved icon for the use of the community.
